use webrootantivirus,trojanadn spyware program! Costs $40 and you can buy it at Staples. I had this problem too as had NOrton and got trojan anyway and had to pay Staples' tech $ 100. to fix it as it caused my computer to stop working! Good luck.

I would recommend you the Avira AntiVir anti virus software ( the free version of it can be downloaded at www.avira.com ), plus a good anti-spyware tool, called Spyware Terminator. They both do a good job in detecting and removing harmful "bugs". I've been using these 2 for a long time now and I am satisfied. Good luck with getting rid of those nasty trojans! :)
