As you have said, very difficult to get back Google PR unless we remove all the paid posts/ no-follow the links.

Late Congratulations, to increase your PR you may need to consider to make some social bookmarking and if it is with videos (if you have the time to do one)it would be a lot better, you may automate the submission using HeySpread.com, that had help me in the past, you may need to do some new submission at the most once per week to keep yourself with all the links and the PR. I can give you more info on how do it, since it is a very sensitive white hat techniques I will need to do it more personally, Just tell me if you want it and I may use the email you left on my site when you left me your last comment.
